I have been a practicing solo attorney for over thirty years. My family has been living in Maryland since 1660 which has given me deep roots in Anne Arundel County and an abiding sense of justice.

B.A. degree in Social Sciences from St. Mary's College of Maryland 1973.

Additional Information

I helped organize the non-profit SACReD, South Arundel Citizens for Responsible Development, dedicated to helping the citizens of Southern Anne Arundel County preserve vital environmental landscapes and limit development. Our greatest sucesses have been in preventing the development of a large commercial development in South County and in establishing the largest privately operated waterfront park in Anne Arundel County.

I own and operate an Aviary for rare and endangered birds. I am privileged to be one of the few private aviaries licensed by the government to rehabiliate raptors on the endangered species list.

I provide competent and reasonably priced legal services to all residents of Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas.
